We do not sell personal information. We only share data with service providers required to operate the app, such as Supabase (secure backend hosting/authentication/storage) and Expo Notifications (push delivery), and only for app functionality.

Skinzone does not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. We do not use advertising SDKs, data brokers, or cross-app profiling.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, accounting, and operational obligations.

• Account profile data (name, contact details, date of birth) is kept while your account is active.
• Appointment and treatment records are retained for up to 7 years after your last visit, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Loyalty and usage history is retained while your account is active and removed when your account is deleted, unless retention is required by law.
• Support communications are generally retained for up to 24 months.

8. Data Deletion and Your Choices

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. We offer account deletion in-app, and you can also request deletion by contacting us at skinzonenaturel@gmail.com.

• In-app deletion: If you delete your account in the app, your profile and authentication account are deleted from our active systems.
• Email deletion requests: We verify the request and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Legal exceptions: We may keep limited records where required by law, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting obligations.

Skinzone Naturel provides aesthetic treatments including but not limited to Chemical Peels, Microneedling, Laser Treatments, Anti-wrinkle treatments, and IV Infusions. Our goal is to help you "Get The Glow".

Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results as aesthetic outcomes can depend on individual physiology.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via our app, website, or phone. We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee or loss of deposit.

4. Health & Safety

You agree to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, and skin conditions prior to treatment. Vukosi J Chabangu and Skinzone Naturel are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Skinzone Naturel, Vukosi J Chabangu, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services.
